Your data

How Context Chinese stores what you do here.

Your Word Bank, focused characters, and Settings are all saved in this browser's local storage — not on a server. That means they stay on this device and this browser, won't sync anywhere else, and will be lost if you clear your browser's site data. There's nothing to export or back up yet, so it's worth being careful about clearing browser storage for this site once you've built up a Word Bank.

If sign-in is enabled for this site, your account only gates access to the pages — your study data still lives locally in your browser, not tied to your account.
